Tynedale Computer Systems was established in 1992 and specialise in Appointment and Clinical software for the NHS. The original software was developed for Podiatry departments but has since been rewritten to include modules for AHP's and other services. There are currently twelve modules in the system. Each can be run independently or as an integrated package sharing patient and treatment data between the professions. The software can also be used in a call centre environment allowing users to register patients and book appointments for a number of different services from one screen.
The Tynedale system is being continually developed with regular updates. These amendments are based on customer requests and are provided free of charge as part of the annual software maintenance.

As well as developing NHS software we also produce practice management software for Podiatrists and Physiotherapists working in private practice. The packages include patient records, treatments, appointments, recalls, reports and a double entry accounting system. Unlike other practice management software we have separate packages for each type of practitioner.
