Connectivity
The Tynedale software is a Windows application which can run on a local network using its own database or as a client to Microsoft SQL server on a wide area network. The software can either be installed on individual PC's or can be run on a Citrix server using a concurrent license. In addition to this, data can be downloaded onto laptops when the system is used outside of the network. Treatment data is then automatically uploaded when the user reconnects. The software can be adapted to link into PAS databases or national systems such as SCI store in Scotland.
Development
The Software is updated regularly based on requests from our users. These are provided free of charge under the annual software maintenance contract.
